    Very busy restaurant. If you want breakfast, get up early. The had the Scrambles Eggs, Hash Brown with Bacon and a Denver Omelet with Hash Browns and Bacon. We asked for the bacon to be crispy and it was. Very good food.

    My family and I visited the Driftwood Cafe for the first time during our recent trip to South Lake Tahoe. Overall, the food was great and will return when in the area. I highly recommend joining the waitlist far in advance before arriving to the restaurant. It was quite busy for a summer weekday and the restaurant isn't that bad which makes sense why the wait was for so long. Great menu options and great customer service.

    Went here for a date night while on vacation. About a 30 minute wait but well worth it. Staff is very friendly and restaurant is very clean. Food was delicious and the view was incredible.

    We've been here about a dozen times now, and the food is consistently good. We always get the high sierra omelette and alternate between pancake and waffle. Just enough food for two. Ambiance is compact efficient, service is prompt and friendly, and prices are in line with expectation. This joint makes the list!
